Michelle Mouton

I have been teaching in the elementary setting for 20 years. First, I worked as a Pre-K teacher then as an Early Interventionist, where I worked with students who were hearing and visually impaired. These last 4 years I worked directly as a special education teacher working with resource and self-contained. My goal is to get a master’s degree in the field of Teachers Serving Students with Visual Impairment.

My ultimate goal is to service the elementary, middle and high school students in Calcasieu Parish by working for the school board.
