Maia Thibodeaux, MS,L/SLP, proudly serves Central Louisiana as a LASARD Facilitator. She has a background in communication sciences and disorders where she worked as a licensed speech language pathologist for the past 20 years in a variety of medical and academic settings. Maia is eager to share her knowledge and experience with the community. Her greatest satisfaction is working to improve the lives of children and their families. Empathy is Maia’s greatest strength and superpower.

When not at work, she can be found enjoying the outdoors, thrifting, or binging true crime documentaries. Maia also enjoys learning new things, fixing what’s been broken, and finding things that have been lost.
