Cassandra Kretz

I have a few years of experience working with elementary aged students in a special education school setting, as a paraprofessional aide. Some of that experience includes working with children with nonverbal ASD in an ABA setting.

My personal goals of the Interprofessional Preparation Program are to enhance my knowledge and collaboration skills in the field of disabilities, to become a leading advocate for those with Special Needs who do not always have a voice or way to speak out.

In my future career, I wish to contribute and take on the role as someone who is sensitive and intuitive to all Special Needs children, who is patient and always listening. I strive to understand all of my client’s unique and individual needs and strengths, so they can thrive and learn to the best of their abilities.
